Structure of the Board of directors

The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Huelva is the governing body of the Entity. In accordance with the provisions of article 30 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011, of 5 September, which approves the Consolidated Text of the State Ports and Merchant Navy Act, and art. 4 of Decree 2/2011, of 11 January, on the designation by the Autonomous Community of the governing bodies of the Port Authorities of the Ports of General Interest located in Andalusia, which establishes the composition of the Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Huelva, its current structure and composition is as follows.
